Ministry of Education, provincial government, municipal government, and enterprises. 10 cooperation agreements were signed,
for example the project of Netherlands Huahe Flower Technology Park, involved in science and technology, aviation, culture,
agriculture, tourism, business services, mechanical processing and other fields.
